These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of personadigital.tech and Persona Digital products, services, accounts, downloads, memberships, and the AI chat assistant. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify info@personadigital.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
Digital products and permitted use
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchases provide a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, reproduce for commercial distribution, or make purchased files publicly available. Product descriptions and any stated license terms control if they differ from this general rule.
Prices, checkout, and payments
Prices and availability may change before purchase. You authorize the payment method shown at checkout to be charged for the order total and applicable recurring payments. PayPal processes enabled online payment methods. You are responsible for taxes, fees, and accurate billing information applicable to your purchase.
VIP Membership
VIP Membership costs $4.99 per month plus a one-time $4.99 signup fee and renews automatically until cancelled. Active members receive 50% off eligible Persona Digital products; product eligibility may vary. Special offers, bonuses, and available resources may change.
To cancel, email info@personadigital.tech. Cancellation stops future renewals, and membership benefits remain available through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments and signup fees are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds and access issues
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Contact us if a verified technical problem prevents access or delivery; we will review and attempt to resolve the problem, but technical support does not create a promise of a refund.
AI chat assistant
The Persona Digital AI Chat Assistant provides general information and may produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate responses. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Do not submit passwords, payment information, financial account details, or sensitive personal data. Verify important information independently.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, use the website for unlawful activity, or use purchased content beyond its license.
Intellectual property
The website, Persona Digital branding, designs, text, graphics, software, and products are owned by Persona Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services for hosting, ecommerce, payments, email, analytics, advertising, and chat. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and policies. Persona Digital is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, products, downloads, membership, and AI assistant are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or other outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persona Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or products. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid Persona Digital for the item or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute relating to the website, products, services, or membership will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The last-updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
